Rob Pattinson or Taylor Lautner? Would you join “Team Edward” or “Team Jacob”? On screen dad surely is on the side of Robert (or to be very accurate Edward) right? Maybe not as there was some confusion thanks to a Twitter post from Twilight star Peter Facinelli. He has now denied claiming he was “Team Jacob” on his Twitter page.

Peter, 35, plays vampire elder Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the vampire flick and he recently replied to someone else’s post on the page where they said they were “Team Jacob”.

However, fans got confused by his “retweet” and thought the actor was saying he was on the side of the werewolves and Jacob Black. But the actor insisted he is on the side of the vampire clan and his on-screen adoptive son, Edward Cullen.

Peter later posted a message that said: “There’s been some confusion. “The Team Jacob was a RT-retweet from someone else. I am and always will be Team Edward. Sorry. I know, Nepotism.”

The paps caught up with Rob Pattinson in New York City Wednesday afternoon. He was spotted on the set of his upcoming movie, “Remember Me” on June 24th 2009.

Teaming back up on the set, Robert Pattinson and Emilie de Ravin were out filming a scene for their upcoming movie “Remember Me” in Manhattan on Wednesday (June 24).

During the course of the shoot, the pair walked side-by-side underneath an umbrella, toting coffees before Rob’s character on a giant stuffed panda for Emilie’s character.

The day’s film outing comes amidst rumors that Rattinson and de Ravin’s chemistry is dead on – leading to reports of tension between Rob and his “Twilight” co-star Kristen Stewart.
