Twihards around the world are turning their gazes back to Vancouver as Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and the Twilight team return to the city Aug. 17 to shoot Eclipse.

Pattinson spent the summer on the French Riviera at Cannes, then in New York City shooting the teary romance, Remember Me with Lost hottie Emilie de Ravin. Meanwhile Stewart shot the Joan Jett biopic, The Runaways, in Los Angeles this summer.

But the moody climes of southwest British Columbia are beckoning the duo back to roam the rainforests and urban alleys to shoot the third of Stephenie Meyers’ wildly popular Twilight series. (The second in the series, New Moon, opens this fall.)

Robert Pattinson’s favorite scene from ‘New Moon’ is the breakup scene between his character Edward Cullen and Kristen Stewart’s character Bella. Pattinson spoke a bit about why the scene was so interesting to him at Comic Con this past week.

“I think my breakup scene was my favorite scene. I mean, hopefully it’ll come off as having quite a few more levels than the relationship in ‘Twilight’. It was interesting. It was like a five page long dialogue scene. That didn’t happen at all in the first one and it’s quite an interesting little moment. It completely bypasses all the supernatural elements of the story, as well, which I found quite interesting.” Pattinson explained.

Kristen Stewart has shot down rumors she’s dating her Twilight and New Moon costar Robert Pattinson – insisting they’re just good pals.

Rumors of a romance have been rife for months, with recent reports claiming they spent the night together at a hotel in San Diego.

But Kristen, 19, is adamant she’s still with her longtime boyfriend, actor Michael Angarano.

Asked by Britain’s Top of The Pops magazine if the dating rumors are true, Kristen said, “No. Rob and I are good friends.

“We went through a lot together, so we feel very close. I’ve acquired a good buddy and that’s a big deal, but I haven’t left my boyfriend for Robert Pattinson!”

Kirsten Dunst has a crush on film heartthrob Robert Pattinson after meting him on the set of his forthcoming movie “Remember Me” in Manhattan. “Kirsten is absolutely infatuated with him and thinks he would be the ideal boyfriend,” a friend of the actress is quoted as telling Star Magazine.

Greater than that, Kirsten is said to have “been sending Rob a barrage of flirty texts, letting him know she is very interested in getting to know him better – whenever and wherever he wants.” Having no hesitation expressing her interest to date the British actor, Kirsten reportedly has told friends she and Robert “would have a lot in common.” No comment has been made just yet by Robert regarding the report.
