Jennie Garth has said she was misquoted over Robert Pattinson’s lovelife.

Stories had claimed that the actress- who is married to Twilight star Peter Facinelli- confirmed a romance between the heartthrob and Kristen Stewart.

But Facinelli took to Twitter to say: “Complete media fabrication. I read the transcript of what my wife actually said, which was, ‘My husband talks to me about Twilight stuff, but I promised him I wouldn’t talk about it’.”

A spokesperson for Garth claims that when asked about the possible couple she actually said: “I can’t say. That will be breaking my promise to my husband. But I do know.”

Robert Pattinson has long been rumoured to be involved with his co-star Kristen and according to reports was recently spotted taking her one a date to a gig in LA.
