Twilight star Robert Pattinson finds being lusted after such hard work, he never stays in the same place for more than 20 minutes.

The 23-year-old Brit has become a sensation as the cold Edward Cullen in vampire movie Twilight.

This week, he took the Hottie award at the Teen Choice Awards – with Megan Fox winning the female equivalent – and was voted the sexiest man in the world ahead of Brad Pitt, and David Beckham in a Glamour magazine poll.

It means Robert is mobbed wherever he goes by screaming girls, especially since the explosion of social networking site Twitter.

“I can’t remember what my normal life is like,” he admitted in one of his quieter moments.

“Because of internet stuff and Twitter, there will be a crowd if you are in a place for more than half an hour.

Robert Pattinson reached out to his ex-girlfriend Camilla Belle when she split from boyfriend Joe Jonas.

The hunky British actor — who is widely rumored to be dating his Twilight costar Kristen Stewart — was quick to console Belle over her relationship woes.

“When Rob heard about Camilla’s breakup, he called her immediately, and they made plans to see each other,” a source told a tabloid.

“They’ve been on the phone every night. They sit and talk for hours on end, just making each other laugh. He also sends her sweet little text messages throughout the day.

“Rob and Camila have remained close for the past year while dealing with their own relationships. Although they’ve both been involved with other people, they’ve always had a thing for each other.”

Robert Pattinson is one of the most popular new actors on the planet, but is he missing the old simple life?

Robert Pattinson has admitted that his new stardom has turned him into “a paranoid wreck.” Since Twilight, Rob has become such hot property that he’s had to step up security and can’t just hang out with his mates.

He said: “I’m always really worried about ruining [friends'] lives. Especially with people that aren’t famous. It’s such a massive change. I’m kind of a paranoid wreck. I’ve eaten a lot of room service.”

Although he has the whole of Hollywood dying to meet him and be his friend, it sounds like Rob is finding the A-list lifestyle a bit lonely.

He added: “Now it’s funny, you can’t even get through to people on the phone. They won’t even let you ring people up. I can’t even ring down to reception and say let [visitors] up. I have to literally go down and carry them.”

We’d love to be there for Robert with a big hug and a shoulder to cry on, but then again, wouldn’t everyone….sigh.

Let’s just hope he can hack it for the next 3 Twilight films…Robert, we’re counting on you!

Jennie Garth has said she was misquoted over Robert Pattinson’s lovelife.

Stories had claimed that the actress- who is married to Twilight star Peter Facinelli- confirmed a romance between the heartthrob and Kristen Stewart.

But Facinelli took to Twitter to say: “Complete media fabrication. I read the transcript of what my wife actually said, which was, ‘My husband talks to me about Twilight stuff, but I promised him I wouldn’t talk about it’.”

TENSION is high on the set of Eclipse for the stars of Twilight, with Robert Pattinson reportedly worried that Kristen Stewart will fall for another co-star.

Pattinson is worried Stewart will fall for their Twilight costar Taylor Lautner, it has been claimed.

A source told American tabloid Star that Lautner, 17, “definitely has a crush on Kristen. She treats him like a little brother.”
