According to Rpattz Daily, E! News is going to air a Robert Pattinson special this coming Wednesday at 6pm CST.

UPDATE: The duration of the show will be lasted to be one hour long about ‘Showcasing his rise to fame from being virtual unknown.

The Funny Three—that would be Seth Meyers, Andy Samberg and Kristen Wiig—all want a piece of Robert Pattinson. But really, who doesn’t?

Twilight producers are taking precautions to ensure the vampire saga’s teen heart-throb star, Robert Pattinson, is safe during filming of Eclipse — the third in the series — in Vancouver.

The powers that be put R. Pattz in a house instead of a hotel during filming of the movie, based on the books by Stephenie Meyer, due to security concerns, according to co-star Justin Chon.

“Security has been increased a lot,” Chon, who plays Bella Swan’s friend Eric Yorkie, said in an interview with E! Online.

“They’re a lot more protective … If Rob was to go out in public without anybody, I think it could be pretty dangerous.”

Robert Pattinson has revealed that he uses a fake name when registering for hotel rooms.

The Twilight actor admitted that he wants to keep a low profile to avoid attention from fans.

Pattinson told The Guardian: “I was Clive Handjob in Paris. Everyone in the hotel called me ‘Monsieur Handjob’. That was good, cheap fun.”

He added that he does not let maids into his hotel room, saying: “I don’t even pull the duvet down now because I don’t want to see what’s underneath.”

He joked: “I’m getting more conspicuous. I’m wearing two hoods, a hat and sunglasses, which kind of stands out in the middle of the night. So I’m learning to sprint.”

DIRECTOR Peter Berg has confirmed he is still planning a big-screen remake of Frank Herbert’s classic 1965 novel Dune.

And there are rumours that Twilight star Robert Pattinson is in line for a role in the film which, it is speculated, is likely to be the lead character of Paul Atreides.

That role was played by Kyle MacLachlan in the 1984 film adaptation directed by David Lynch (and also starring Sting) and by Alec Newman in the 2000 Sci-Fi channel miniseries.

Hancock helmer Peter Berg became involved with the Dune project in March last year and it’s still listed for a 2010 release, which now seems very unlikely as production has not yet started and no cast has been announced.

Robert Pattinson and his friends were trying to have a quiet lunch, in a restaurant they chose because no one else was dining there at the time. But fans and paparazzi quickly came in hordes and all of a sudden, Rob’s quiet lunch turned into a huge media event!
“We were in this place for a couple of hours and suddenly there were like three or four hundred people outside on the street,” Rob tells OK!.. “It was just so nuts and it’s like that all the time now. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time and I remember looking outside and thinking, ‘What are you doing?’’’

It’s been a year since Rob was first thrust into the Twilight spotlight as the eternally young 108-year-old vampire Edward Cullen but he still has to get used to all the intense- and at time crazy- attention towards him. “It’s still so sort of new,” he confesses. “But I’m trying to enjoy it as much as I can.”

Just because Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are such the perfect match on screen, Twilight screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg thinks it’s time we mind our own business about what goes once the cameras stop rolling.

“Their chemistry on film is so extraordinary,” Rosenberg told us at the Entertainment Weekly/Women In Film pre-Emmy party. “They were beautifully cast for those roles and their chemistry is amazing. I think people often confuse chemistry on-screen with chemistry off-screen.

“I think people should just enjoy what’s on-screen and leave their privates lives wherever they are,” she continued. “I don’t actually know what they are.”
