Rome Film Festival Show ‘New Moon’ Scenes
Posted on Oct 22, 2009 by Grace

From Rome

- They showed 3 unseens. Edward leaving Bella, from when he was waiting for her at home, untile he leaves, then a featurette of Bella running toward Edward and hugging him in Montepulciano, in the Volterra scene and another featurette showing the Volturi hall, without the CGI decorations

Edward leaves Bella:

Edward is waiting for Bella at her house, because they need to talk. He tells her he needs to leave Forks because Carlisle is raising suspicions in town. At first Bella is convinced that Edward wants to take her with him, but then starts realizing that’s not the case. She asks Edward: “What do you mean by “us”?”. He responds: “Only my family.” Bella gets upset. Tells Edward again that the incident with Jasper was nothing, and Edward answers that is exactly the problem: “Nothing compared to what could have happened.”

Robert Pattinson: Demand and supply factor
Posted on Oct 22, 2009 by Grace

So much has been talked and written about Twilight star Robert Pattinson. You may think that the media has gone overboard in creating hype around him but you just can’t help. The fact is, his fans just don’t seem to have enough of him.

He will be talked about much beyond the release of Twilight sequel New Moon next month. Why so much hype around the film and its cast as if there is no other film to talk about? You may ask. The truth is that it is the most-awaited film of the year. At least youngsters are dying to see Pattinson and Kristen Stewart on the big screens.

You have witnessed such a hype before the release of Harry Potter series. New Moon too is surely going to witness a great opening but the big question is – will Robert Pattinson be able to handle the demand and supply factor?

Robert Pattinson: Being ‘Harry Potter’ Regular Would Drive Him ‘Crazy’
Posted on Oct 22, 2009 by Grace

Before Robert Pattinson was turned into “Twilight” vampire Edward Cullen, he made a brief stopover in a different book-based movie franchise with a cult-like following. He spent almost a year as Cedric Diggory, filming “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix” alongside Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson, and that was quite enough time at Hogwarts for him.

As RPattz comes close to wrapping principle photography on “Eclipse,” he professed to be thankful to be part of the vampire saga rather than the boy-wizard one, because working on a single franchise for an entire decade would drive him nuts.

“The ‘Harry Potter’ I worked on was an 11-month shoot,’” the 23-year-old Brit said in an interview with TotalFilm.com. “I couldn’t be doing that. I don’t know how those guys stayed sane — they’ve been doing it for 10 years. I would go completely crazy.”

Robert Pattinson: “It’s Kind Of Extraordinary”
Posted on Oct 22, 2009 by Grace
Categories: Headlines & Rumors | 0 comment

Robert Pattinson became a star in last year’s ‘Twilight’. However, fame wasn’t exactly what Pattinson expected it to be. In a new interview with TotalFilm.Com, the star talks about the overnight fame that has burdened the cast of the film – especially himself and co-star Kristen Stewart. The couple are constantly romantically linked in the press.

“I guess you try and stay Zen about it. You have to just learn to accept it.” Pattinson says of the fame, “I guess the whole thing is, you don’t want to wake up one day and realise you’ve turned into someone who you weren’t before and it wasn’t your choice.”

General Pattinson: ‘Twilight’ isn’t his only starring role
Posted on Oct 22, 2009 by Grace

There’s a downside to being an actor who has become an “overnight sensation.” It actually didn’t happen overnight.

While everyone thinks he suddenly popped up on the scene because of that big hit movie, in reality the actor has probably been toiling quietly away at thankless, underseen, sometimes just plain embarrassing roles waiting for that big break. And, once that big break happens, the folks who own those little-seen before-you-were-famous films are only too happy to cash in.

That’s what’s happening with Robert Pattinson, best known as vampire heartthrob Edward from the smash hit “Twilight” and the upcoming sequel, “New Moon.” “New Moon” doesn’t come out until Nov. 20, so DVD companies know Pattinson’s fans are getting anxious to see him in action. And they’re only too happy to oblige.

New Moon’s World Premiere: Countdown Begins!

New Moon doesn’t hit theaters until Nov. 20, but the red carpet will be rolled out four days prior for its star-studded world premiere.

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and many others are expected at the invite-only event Nov. 16. Just as Summit did with Twilight’s premiere, there will be two screenings happening simultaneously at the Mann Village and Bruin Theatres in the Westwood neighborhood of L.A.

No Twi-fans have been spotted camping out in front of the theaters just yet, but why do we have a feeling that’ll start happening sooner than later?

Meanwhile, we got some more deets on director David Slade taking a dark turn with Eclipse, the third installment of the Twilight franchise…
