Here’s a new TV spot clip from ‘New Moon’ release by Entertainment Tonight! They have shown two new short scenes from the movie.

What do you do when you’re a mini-major and the second film in your hot Twilight Saga franchise is opening next month? Well, if you’re Summit Entertainment, you send the New Moon cast on a 15-city nationwide tour from November 6th through 19th. All the resulting media coverage of huge crowds and fainting tween/teen girls is intended to help sell movie tickets and soundtrack CDs to the sequel opening November 20th.

The tour will kick off in Los Angeles at the Hollywood & Highland Center on November 6th with a concert by several bands featured on New Moon soundtrack: Death Cab for Cutie, Anya Marina, Sea Wolf, and Band of Skulls. Fans can also attend a Question & Answer forum with many of the movie’s cast members. At each of the 15 city stops along the tour, there’ll be other activities and prize giveaways related to the film as well as the cast Q&As.

Gossip Cop has learned that Robert Pattinson will be a guest on “Ellen” in a new episode airing November 20, the day of the “New Moon” premiere. A highly, highly placed source confirmed Pattinson’s appearance to Gossip Cop. The interview, however, will be taped on November 17.

MTV unleashes insane musical mayhem along with a sneak peek at an exclusive clip from “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” and commentary from cast members in the network’s first-ever Halloween special, “Ulalume: Howling at New Moon.” The one-hour program, premiering on MTV at 9pm ET/PT on Friday, October 30, 2009, will feature explosive performances by Paramore, AFI, Dead By Sunrise and Kid Cudi as they rock the stage from MTV’s Ulalume Halloween Festival, hosted by tattoo vixen and star of L.A. Ink Kat Von D. The show will also air on MTV2 at 10pm ET/PT, and on mtvU, MTV’s 24 hour college network, at 11 pm ET/PT.

Its confirmed! Robert Pattinson will be on Regis and Kelly Show on November 19, 2009. They have confirmed via their twitter. It’s a great news for all Rob fans!

For those who care to look so far back, there was a time when Robert Pattinson was not yet Edward Cullen. Jackson Rathbone, who has since been cast as fellow Cullen, Jasper Hale, at one point had been pretty close to landing the leading male role himself.

“I was a choice. I don’t think I was [Catherine Hardwick's] first choice,” Jackson told us in a recent interview on the set of his new movie, “Girlfriend.”

But he was a definite choice for author Stephenie Meyer, who had included Jackson on her favorite suggestions list of possible Edwards on her website in July, 2007 before casting was finished (Robert Pattinson was one of the more popular suggestions, but Henry Cavill was her first choice). Jackson emphasized he felt, in both cases, Rob was the first choice once the actors had been narrowed down.

OK! got an exclusive scoop from the creator of Robert Pattinson’s sigh-worthy Twilight hair from celebrity hairstylist Stuart Gavert of Gavert Atelier in Beverly Hills. Stuart sat down with OK! and shared the secrets that only a hairstylist hears — about how Rob and Kristen Stewart connected on the set of Twilight.

Stuart just might be responsible for creating the look that helped spark an obsession — his sexy styling of Robert’s hair to get that tousled Edward Cullen look has driven so many girls wild that men were coming into his salon asking for the “Edward” to see if it could give them the same effect.

But Stuart isn’t one to accept much responsibility for turning Rob into a sex symbol, giving most of the credit to Rob himself.

When we got the chance to talk to “Twilight” star Jackson Rathbone on the set of his new movie “Girlfriend,” we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to ask someone deeply involved the biggest question surrounding the franchise: What is the deal with Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson?

After a brief pause Rathbone carefully replied, “What’s the deal with them? Oh, they’re not actually vampires.”

Despite our faux disbelief that Pattinson wasn’t actually Edward Cullen, Rathbone insisted, “No, he’s actually a really nice human. It’s crazy, I know. I know. But yeah, the guy’s a great guy.”

Before “Twilight” had even debuted last November, there were rumors circling Stewart and Pattinson, with tabloids trying to figure out whether the two were romantically involved like their characters. And the fact that director Catherine Hardwicke said the reason she cast the pair was because of their potent sexual chemistry while doing a kissing scene on her bed — not to mention that Pattinson has admittedly proposed to his co-star four times — doesn’t help.

Bela Lugosi never had to deal with hordes of screaming teenage girls like Robert Pattinson does.

But that’s just the appeal of Edward Cullen, the brooding vampire Pattinson plays onscreen and the love interest in Stephenie Meyer’s “Twilight” book series. Last fall’s “Twilight” movie began the love affair between Edward and the shy human girl Bella (Kristen Stewart); the sequel, “New Moon,” out Nov. 20, finds Edward banishing himself from Bella’s life.

To get a modern image of a vampire, Pattinson initially watched movies such as “Interview With the Vampire” and “Blade.” But he really discovered who Edward was by researching outcast roles not involving the undead. “Rebel Without a Cause was a big influence on the first ["Twilight" film] — it influenced the hairdo and stuff,” Pattinson says, laughing. “In lots of ways, it has a very similar character arc: An everyday girl brings this relatively strange individual out of his slump.”
