Robert Pattinson says life after Twilight is ‘scary’
Poor old Robert Pattinson is fretting about life after the Twilight films, saying the thought of finding acting work after the vampire saga is “scary”.
RPatz – who plays vampire Edward Cullen in Twilight and New Moon – thinks that being a famous movie star – as opposed to being a nobody – brings different responsibilities when choosing roles. He told MTV Radio: “You get offered stuff you would never have dreamed of being offered before, but that’s also scary. You don’t have to audition for anything.“Before Twilight I did any movie I was offered, and you’d try and make the best of it afterwards. But now you’re expected to come to the movie and provide not only economic viability, but also a performance as well. You can’t just mess around.”
Robert hinted he was looking to take on some challenging and different projects before returning to film the next installment of the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn.
Breaking Dawn is set to hit screens next autumn.
