Twilight star Robert Pattinson is sexy, we know that already, and even ladies’ man Hugh Grant agrees.

Hugh Grant is a huge fan of Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson and can understand why women of all ages fawn over him.

He said: “I haven’t watched the second part yet of Twilight (New Moon) yet, but I understand the fascination with Robert. I think he’s really sexy!”

Hugh also revealed how he thought he looked sexy when he wore a cowboy hat in movie Did You Hear About The Morgans? – until he saw himself on screen.

Remember Me is Pattinson’s first film outside the Twilight franchise. While it has a small budget and is technically considered an indie film without the backing of a huge studio, the media, the general movie-going public and Hollywood itself, have all been busy spinning this film as a rather big litmus test for Pattinson’s future as an actor and Hollywood’s idea of a movie star.

In a little over 14 months, Pattinson has gone from “that guy in Harry Potter” to one of the brightest, fastest, rising young stars we’ve had in recent memory. His ethereal face graces the covers of countless magazines and he is the topic of so much baseless gossip across the Internet that even Pattinson has most likely lost track of his own self-described “boring” story. The spotlight has been resting squarely on his shoulders since before Twilight opened in November 2008 and today, it shows little evidence of letting up. But Hollywood wants what it wants and right now, what it wants is proof that Robert Pattinson is more than Edward Cullen and that he can put money in pockets. More money, that is.

Some non-romance related updates for you Twi-Hards, this has to do with shooting location in response to the daily flurry of emails I receive for production information related to the 4th and possibly 5th movie(s).

You’ll recall I was the first to report that due to provincial tax credit drama and competing incentives, Portland became a more viable location. Despite reports elsewhere, as of this weekend, no final decision has been made. Having said that, Vancouver remains Summit’s first choice even though the tax credit situation has yet to be sorted.

My sources tell me exclusively Summit representatives met with the BC government just before Christmas to see if a favourable arrangement could be worked out. That meeting concluded with NO commitments from government officials who explained that they were not prepared to look at any new tax structure until after the Olympics. Summit was hoping to make a decision sooner.

2010 is going to be a straight-up bonkers year for Emilie de Ravin. The stunning 28-year-old Australian returns in February to “Lost” for the show’s final season, tying together five years of twists, turns and WTF moments. Next month, she’ll appear in “Remember Me” as the love interest of a guy named Robert Pattinson, who we guess is kind of a big deal. MTV: You’re returning to a TV show everyone is obsessed with, you’re co-starring opposite one of the biggest actors on the planet — does 2010 feel like it’s going to be a really big year for you?

Emilie de Ravin: Yeah, I’m insanely excited. The show’s been fantastic, and I had season five off, so I had the opportunity to do some other projects, including “Remember Me.” Being surrounded by all these talented groups of people inspires you so much. And with the show ending, it’s bittersweet — sad, but fantastic they’re ending on a high note. You don’t want to be the last ones left at the party!

More big stars are booked to support “Hope for Haiti” concert. Following announcement that Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Bono, Alicia Keys and Sting are tapped to sing at the gig, it is now confirmed Taylor Swift will make a live performance as well. The country music singer will sing in London now that the concert will be aired in the country. On top of that, Robert Pattinson is also expected to take the hosting job at the forthcoming gig.

According to E! Online, the London-based concert will also have Shakira, Bruce Springsteen, Rihanna and Jay-Z as the musical guests. The L.A. gig which is hosted by George Clooney will see Dave Matthews, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Sheryl Crow, Kid Rock and Keith Urban taking the mic. Meanwhile, the NYC show will have Wyclef Jean as the host and Jennifer Hudson as well as Mary J. Blige singing live.

I just got word that the Twilight star has signed on for Friday’s Hope for Haiti telethon. As of right now, it looks like Rob will be the sole presenter in London with performances by Jay-Z and Bono.

Stateside performers—some announced and others not—will include:

Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera, Shakira and Bruce Springsteen are among those who will perform live during the two-hour benefit, which will air on all the major television networks (including our very own E!).

Jason Gardiner has revealed that would pick ‘powerful’ Taylor Lautner over ‘pasty’ Robert Pattinson for a slow smooch on the dancefloor.

The sharp-tongued Dancing On Ice judge exclusively revealed to Now his crush on Taylor, 17, who plays werewolf Jacob Black in The Twilight Saga: New Moon.

Robert Pattinson wants to setup home in England with rumoured girlfriend Kristen Stewart to escape the spotlight, it’s been reported.

The 23-year-old actor is apparently looking to return to his home country after enjoying a New Year break with Kristen on the Isle of Wight.

The pair are believed to have welcomed in 2010 with fellow revellers during a low-key party at a local bar.

And now Rob is said to be looking for a property on the island, which is located off the south coast of England, for the Twilight stars to live in.

“Rob is a reluctant star,” a mole told the Daily Mail.
