Kristen, on shooting the wedding scenes: “It’s a trip to watch the wedding scenes especially. It was so volatile and emotional – I was being such a crazy person.”

Rob, on ripping pillows during the anticipated sex scene: ”I wanted to have it as a line so much. [In an American/Edward accent] I bit through all the pillows. Every. Single. One. And then he’d start crying. By the way, that’s what he should be ashamed of in the morning. All those beautiful pillows! Egyptian cotton! [Laughs] I ruined this bed!”

I’ve added new candids of Robert Pattinson is seen grocery shopping with a friend in Los Angeles. The 2011 Teen Choice Vampire Award winner is reported to have launched a new cancer fighting campaign called Cancer Bites. The campaign is to be launched October 31 2011.

One of the hottest vampires around the world is helping raise awareness for a worthy cause.

Ironically, Robert Pattinson, who became famous for his role as blood sucking Edward Cullen in the Twilight series, is supporting blood cancer awareness.

Recently, when accepting his ‘Choice Vampire’ award at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards, R-Patz announced his support of the Cancer Bites charity. He even urged fans and viewers to check out the organization’s website, so they can become educated and learn how they can contribute.

“When I heard about the Cancer Bites initiative, I knew very little about how prevalent blood cancer is because there have been so few national campaigns about it.”

Most don’t realize that blood cancers are the third leading cause of cancer and leukemia is the most common cancer among children and young adults under 20. The organization will launch this October, close to Halloween.

Madeleine Stowe talked to MySanAntonio about Unbound Captives:

While at the ranch, Stowe came up with the idea to write “a large romantic Western” that was inspired, she said, by stories of the Hill Country in the late 1800s. “I heard about children who were abducted by Comanche Indians and became so acculturated that they had a hard time returning.

“Our ranch had a real history,” she added. “When I lived there, I felt a certain way about Texas that I hadn’t seen filmed yet.”

She’ll start directing The Unbound Captives next year, she said, and already has rounded up the main cast: Hugh Jackman, Rachel Weisz and Robert Pattinson.

Taylor Lautner managed to nab the surfboard for Choice Movie Actor Sci-Fi/Fantasy at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday night in Los Angeles, where a bevy of Hollywood’s biggest A-listers gathered to celebrate all things young Hollywood.

Before he took home any prizes, Lautner chatted with MTV News on the red carpet at the show, admitting that he never really knows how to prepare for these types of events. The actor eventually settled on showing up in his signature easy-breezy style, donning a leather jacket, slim-fitting jeans and a T-shirt.”It’s really hard to prepare, so it’s kind of like you just show up here, have fun,”,/b> he said.”It’s really a true testament to our fans that we’re still here on movie #4. They’re amazing.”

Quickly the conversation turned to, you guessed it, “Twilight.” Lautner revealed that he’s done something very few people can say they have:He’s seen “Breaking Dawn – Part 1,”Twi-hards.”I’ve seen it a few times,”he said.”I saw it for the first time while we were still filming, so it was a really rough cut, but I’ve seen several versions since then, and it’s getting better and better.”

As the film gets closer to its November release, Lautner wants fans to brace themselves for an emotional roller coaster.”You are going to face a lot of emotions, definitely,”he teased.”You are going to be angry. I guarantee you [that] you will cry multiple times. There’s a good mix. It’s definitely different than any of the ones before.”
