For those who loved seeing “Twilight” co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart romantically linked with one another, things definitely took a terrible turn in late July. It was then that news hit of Stewart making out with her “Snow White and the Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders.

Pattinson, 26, was devastated, breaking off his relationship with the 22-year old Stewart, and people wondered if he would ever fully recover.

News later broke that Pattinson had started to communicate with Stewart again, after she reportedly let her guard down in a tearful plea to regain his trust. Despite the reports, nothing official was announced of a possible reunion between them.

Now, according to a Monday report by Britain’s Grazia magazine, more information about Pattinson and Stewart’s reconnection has been revealed.It appears that Pattinson came up with the idea of a one month ‘trial’ period to decide if they can truly get back together completely, as he is unsure if he can completely get over her actions.

A source informed the magazine of the following.

“Robert has had a lot of time to reflect on what has happened and, while he may still be hurting, he has also come to realize just how important Kristen is to him. He has warned Kristen that he might never be able to forgive and forget. But he’s agreed to give it a month to see if they can make it work. If they can’t he says he will walk away.”

It was also stated that although Pattinson and Stewart no longer live together, they have been meeting up regularly as they look to make ‘baby steps’ towards rebuilding their relationship.

“He has also requested they don’t talk about Rupert or what happened,” the source added. “Of course Kristen is ecstatic to have Robert back. But she is still on edge because she knows it is only a trial and Robert could change his mind. She says she feels like she is walking on eggshells.”
