Source: MTV Robert Pattinson Being Considered For Role In ‘Hunger Games’ Sequel, Kristen Stewart Ignored Robert Pattinson might be getting ready to close up shop on the Twilight franchise . . . but that doesn’t mean he’ll be out of business. There are plenty of other perfectly logical options for the actor, such as working on another film franchise inspired by a popular YA book, The Hunger Games. While nothing has been set in stone, and this reporting is based off of a wide range of speculation circulating around the web, people are saying that R-pattz is being heavily considered for the role of Finnick Odair in Catching Fire, the sequel to this spring’s incredibly successful film based off of Suzanne Collins’s novel. There’s been no mention of Kristen Stewart being considered for the film. Wonder how she feels about her boyfriend possibly starring in a new wildly successful film franchise without her–and, on top of all that, alongside her alleged arch-nemesis Jennifer Lawrence? • Read full story » Paulo Branco Talks About Robert’s Visit to Portungal – Premiere on May 28th Guimarães – Capital Europeia da Cultura will have an unprecedented turnout on May 28, when the English actor Robert Pattinson, idol of millions of movie fans, will attend the premiere of ‘Cosmopolis’, directed by David Cronenberg and produced by Paulo Branco, days after learning if they won the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival. Major flooding will certainly happen on May 29, in the two ‘Cosmopolis’ screenings in Lisbon. One will take place at Centro Cultural de Belém, while the other will be open to the public, and Pattinson (and other actors, including Paul Giamatti) will be with the fans. Categories: 'Breaking Dawn: Part 2' • Headlines & Rumors | 0 comment Hello Twihards! Greetings from Los Angeles, where we’re hard at work on BREAKING DAWN, PART TWO. It’s truly crazy to think that it’s been a year since we wrapped production in Vancouver, since for those of us in the editing room the work has never stopped.
I’m excited to report that before too long we’ll have another trailer for you to decode. And wait until you see the first posters — they’re unlike any “Twilight” images you’ve seen before. And then November 16th will be upon us and the final film will be yours! Until then, have a very happy spring, and I’ll check back in with you soon. Best wishes, Bill Source: Official Twilight Facebook Kristen Stewart Puts Robert Pattinson On Diet To Lose 10lbs Tiny Kristen Stewart has reportedly put her boyfriend Robert Pattinson on a diet so he can lose the extra 10lbs he has gained recently. The Twilight star, 22, reckons that Rob needs to sort it out and stop pigging out on junk food and beers and work off some of his extra weight. Recent pictures of the British actor paddle boarding in Malibu emerged last week, and while he’s certainly no porker – he did look as if he’d managed to pack on a few pounds from his days as Edward Cullen in the hit franchise. ”Robert’s put on nearly 10lbs eating cheeseburgers and drinking beer while he’s not been working,” a source told the Daily Star. ”Kristen’s told him to pull himself together. He hates the gym, so she’s encouraged him to take up paddle surfing to try and work off the excess calories.” • Read full story » Robert Pattinson has night out with Lindsay Lohan Twilight star Robert Pattinson was seen partying at a Hollywood nightclub with none other than troubled actress Lindsay Lohan. The pair were spotted leaving the same nightclub, but are said to have had a merely casual outing, reported Ace Showbiz. Pattinson, 25, was seen puckering up his eyebrows when cameramen took his pictures while he left the hotspot. About ten minutes later, Lohan stepped out of the bar separately. The unlikely outing soon sparked rumors that Pattinson was cheating on his rumored girlfriend Kristen Stewart. Multiple onlookers, however, confirmed that the twosome were “totally innocent” and that there was “nothing more to it.” Furthermore, Pattinson and Lohan were both invited to an intimate gathering by the owner of the bar, which still hasn’t opened to public yet. The nightclub itself is opened by the same people behind Harvard & Stone, a lounge where Pattinson and Stewart as well as Lohan usually hang out. Source: Hindustan Times Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Will Be Together Forever, Close Source Reveals Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart don’t always get to spend time together due to their busy schedules, but that doesn’t mean they’re not always in each other’s hearts. HollywoodLife.com spoke with a source close to the couple, who assures us Rob and Kristen are “still going very strong with zero hiccups. They are in love and in a very good place right now.” But will they ever go public? Not anytime soon! The source tells us Rob and Kristen “love their privacy and would only reveal things about their relationship … when Twilight is officially over.” As for whether or not wedding bells are in their future, the source tells us Rob and Kristen are more likely to go the route of Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. That iconic Hollywood couple has been together since 1983, but never officially tied the knot, despite having a child together. Source: Hollywood Life Reese Talks About Robert During An Interview While doing promo for ‘This Means War’, Reese Witherspoon talked about Robert Pattinson, who she worked with in ‘Water for Elephants’. In the movie, the star of the Twilight saga, plays a vet student that joins the circus in the beginning of last century. In the movie, Reese plays a character called Marlena, the circus’ star, engaged to an animal trainer. “He’s great. And oh my God, so handsome!” The actress praised Pattinson’s effort to manage two jobs at the same time. “What surprised me was his dedication. He would film all weekend long, then spend the week on the Twilight [set], then another weekend filming, then more Twilight… And he still had that lightness, humility. He’s very grateful for everything he’s been living.” Mathieu Amalric Mentions Robert Pattinson In Cosmopolis In fact, Almaric — best-known to American audiences through his roles in “Munich, “Le Scaphandre et le Papillion” (“The Diving Bell and the Butterfly”), and “Quantum of Solace,” has been a director longer than he’s been an actor. As a teenager, he took a job as a trainee AD on Louis Malle’s “Au Revoir les Enfants” and he won Best Director at Cannes in 2010 for “Tournee.” He has also worked with some of France’s best directors, of course — among them Arnaud Desplechin and Alain Resnais – and he’ll next be seen in David Cronenberg’s forthcoming “Cosmopolis,” playing a “pastry assassin” who creams Robert Pattinson in the face as part of his mission to sabotage power and wealth worldwide. Almaric sat down with The Playlist to talk about his philosophies on- and off-screen, and why he feels an actor is “nothing.” As the pastry assassin, you get to throw a pie in Robert Pattinson’s face and then give a six-page monologue. Cronenberg is very close to the book. And Rob is a great guy. Yeah, yeah — it’s a tough scene. I had to speak in English, and Cronenberg shot it in one sequence, where you do the whole scene in one shot. It was very physical, and I spoke so much. And you’re afraid, because it’s Cronenberg! [Laughs] But you manage to learn your lines, and I’m always surprised when I manage to be able to say the words in complete order, you know? I don’t know how it’s possible. But I think it’s going to be an amazing film, especially because he shot it in order, exactly as it happens in the book, about a man who gets broken. Source: Indie Wire « Older Entries
